We did a main floor renovation with Icon Building Group which included a full kitchen remodel. The whole experience from initial consultation to final completion of the project was a positive experience. The designers we worked with listened carefully to our needs and provided options so we were fully satisfied. They were open to our ideas about materials and items we wanted to include and also made suggestions to us to make sure everything was cohesive. The project manager was very hands on, checked in on the project on a daily basis, and was an excellent communicator. He was very accessible and responded quickly to our calls, texts, and emails. In addition, he kept the project on schedule and was a wonderful intermediary between us and the individual contractors. We lived in the house during the renovation and the construction zone was kept orderly. We would be happy to work with Icon again in the future.
